If you have a speed order request please send us an enquiry about the product prior to ordering so we can advise you if the order will meet your deadline. We offer a 10% discount on all bulk orders of 10 or more of the same item. We do not allow refunds or returns on these items so if you are unsure about ordering please contact us so we can assist you with making the right decision.

Our custom order service allows you to bring your own costume idea to life. We custom make a large selection of costumes and accessories. If you have a design idea please send us your enquiry. We offer a discount for large volume orders. Custom making usually takes 2-4 weeks for making exclusive of delivery time. If you have a speed order request please contact us to see if we can meet your deadline. Our custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.  We do not offer any returns or refunds on custom orders.
