At House of Priscilla customer service is our number one priority. We understand ordering can be overwhelming when it comes to costumes, shoes and accessories, however we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. If you are unsure of anything, please contact us prior to ordering so we can give you our best advice. If you have an issue with your order the first thing, we request you do is contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss the issue.
If we Agree to an exchange or refund, please follow this process (do not send your item back without a granted return request, it will not be accepted):
Authorised return procedure:
- The item must be returned in original condition and packaging and no tags removed.
- Postage return cost is customers responsibility
- Must be returned within 7 days from purchase - Interstate customers 7 days from date of delivery.
- Return will not be refunded until the original item is returned to us and quality checked
- You will be refunded the cost of the item less delivery fee by the same payment method used to purchase the goods.

Our Pre order service allows you to access and order a large range of products and items we can't hold in stock
- Our Pre Ordered items usually turn around between 2-4 weeks from placement of order
- If you have a speed order request, please send us an enquiry about the product prior to ordering so we can advise you if the order will meet your deadline
- We do not offer returns or refunds on these items unless faulty during the manufacturing stage
Made to Order Orders:
Our made to order service allows you to bring your own costume idea to life
- We custom make a large selection of fashion costumes and accessories
- Please unsure you measure your body correctly, this will assist in you having the best fit possible, we are not responsible for incorrect body measurements
- If you have a design idea, please send us your enquiry
- We offer a discount for large volume orders
- Custom making usually takes 2-6 weeks for making exclusive of delivery time
- If you have a speed order request, please send us an enquiry about the product prior to ordering so we can advise you if the order will meet your deadline
- Our made to order orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

Reordering:
If you are reordering from a previous order that you may have done before we will endeavor to match fabrics. Please note fabric can get discontinued and also fabric dye lots can change slightly.
