All orders that need to be custom made or ordered from our overseas facility have a lead time from 2-6 weeks depending on the item ordered. We will confirm your lead time once we have received your order. Freight will be quoted on all bulk or troupe orders prior to ordering. All prices on our website are GST inclusive with a summary in checkout. All customers that have placed an order will be notified of an approximate delivery time.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If your order has not started then we can change your order providing fabric has not been purchased. Once orders have started production there can be no change to the order. All payments for large orders can be made via EFT , Mastercard, Visa or Cash . We do not accept business or personal cheques.
Where products are proved to be faulty (not applicable if damaged in transit) Dance Store is happy to exchange that item for the same product or give a full refund (including postage).
If goods are returned due to the incorrect size ordered, all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on hosiery or underwear.
Note: If you change your mind about a product for any reason and wish to return it, a 15% restocking fee applies.
Returns will only be accepted if:
- the product is found to be faulty
- the incorrect size has been ordered
- the item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached
- all items must be returned in original packaging
- goods are returned within 14 days of invoice date
- the Delivery Slip/Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
Not included is non-returnable items and items on Clearance or Sale (i.e. hosiery/underwear and goods damaged in transit).
Please Note: We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
If you are re ordering from a previous order that you may have done we will endeavor to match fabrics. Please note fabric can get discontinued and also fabric dye lots can change slightly.
