If the product you’re viewing is available for Add to Cart but no available stock, this means it’s available for pre-order and can be ordered specially for you. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you with an estimated delivery timeframe.

If the Add to Cart button is available, the item will automatically be placed on backorder. This means we’ll secure your order immediately and arrange stock directly from our suppliers or our factory. Backordered items are processed as a priority, ensuring you receive your purchase as soon as possible.

• Products available for pre-order or backorder are guaranteed to be supplied unless discontinued by the manufacturer.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation with estimated delivery details once your order is placed.

• If the product becomes unavailable, our team will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

✂️ Made to Order Information

At House of Priscilla, many of our designs are Made to Order — allowing you to own a piece that’s beautifully handcrafted, just for you.

When you place an order for a Made to Order item, we begin the manufacturing process especially for your purchase. Our standard turnaround time is 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed, ensuring every detail meets our high-quality standards.

We also hold limited stock of certain styles and sizes. If your selected size or colour is already available, your order will be shipped right away. If it exceeds our current stock, your order will automatically move to “In Production” status.
