• Orders placed for pick up or click and collect require at least 24 hours processing time
• If you require the order sooner please contact us and we will try to expedite your order
• Please bring the credit card used for the purchase and some form of Photo ID for proof of order
• If you cannot supply either of these forms of ID please contact us

Australia Wide

• For all local areas we charge a flat rate of $11 for shipping small items with Australia Post.
• For Express Shipping we use Direct Freight
• Extra large items will incur an extra charge for bulky shipping
• All shipments over 1 kg and large items under 1 kg  normal and express post to remote areas
• Western Australia,, Northern Territory please allow up to 7-10 days for shipping pending location .

International Shipping

• All shipping cost will be calculated on your location and the product that is being sent
• We use DHL for shipment of our larger items or bulk purchases
• Customers are more than welcome to use their own shipping company, just ask our customer service team
