Designed for soles with a smooth surface to prevent slipping and sliding
For best adhesion remove pads from packaging, clean the sole of shoe with rubbing alcohol and allow to dry, cut pads to size if necessary. Use light grade sandpaper to abrase the area for better adhesion. Slightly heat the pads with a hairdryer to activate sticking solution, approx 1-2 minutes. Place pads on soles of shoes and hold with palm of hand for a few minutes to adhere. You can now feel more comfortable with extra non-slip pads in place.
